1 Early Morning
  • 1 Raw Apple
  • Jeera Ajwain and Lemon water (lukewarm)
2 Breakfast
  • 2-3 Bananas Milk (unsweetened) OR
  • Mild Salted Lassi OR
  • Banana shake (no added flavors)
3 Mid Meal
  • Salted Lassi OR Coconut Water
  • Banana or Apple
4 Lunch
  • Fruit Salad – Banana Apple Cherries and Pineapple and Kiwi (No sugar no sauce or chutney)
5 Mid Meal
  • Green Tea/lemon water
  • 5-7 RAW popcorns (unflavoured or non salted)
6 Dinner
  • 2-3 Bananas Milk (unsweetened) OR
  • Banana shake (no added flavours)

 

DO’s DON’Ts
  • The time frame from the time you wake up until last meal is 10hours.
  • Eat upto 12 banana 3 apples 10/12 cherries and 1.5 ltr milk.
  • Consume as many glasses of lukewarm lemon water, or jeera water but lassi only once.
  • No veggies no other fruits than mentioned
  • Do not eat breads or chapati during any course of meal
  • Do not add sugar or any flavours
