Shipping Policy

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch Shipping within 2 days or 48 hours after receiving order Dispatch details sent on WhatsApp once order is dispatch
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. the items would be dispatched with 2-3 days after order confirmation and delivery usually takes about 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
